Recently we are receiving task request that have no details, because the instruction file from reseller site customers were not successfully uploaded their instruction file.

We’ve made some adjustment of the savetask.php file  of the reseller script to solve the said problem. The said file is located at “members” folder in your reseller site.

Please download the following file http://lexorsoft.net/affiliates/savetask.zip , unzip savetask.zip then upload savetask.php to your reseller site under “members” folder.

To implement this new feature of the script please download the the savetask file from here http://lexorsoft.net/affiliates/savetask.zip

Unzip the file and upload to your site under members folder, be sure that you set the proper chmod (777) of the task folder inside the members folder.

I want to say thank you Sam Gates for reporting this bug. The bug is that when your member request a task that have higher credit than his remaining credit, the script will still process it which is wrong. I made the correction of this bug.

If you already install the script please follow the following instruction:

1.  Open the savetask.php file located at members/savetask.php

2.  Look for the following code if($f[credits] < 0.2){

3.  Replace the above code with the following code if($f[credits] < $_POST[credits]){

4.  Save the new modified script then upload the modified savetask.php to your server at members folder.

- Extract the file, then upload the savetask.php to your server inside members folder to over write the existing file.

For those who already install the script, some of the testers reported the following problem:

1. After logging into the admin section, I get this error:

“Mixing of GROUP columns (MIN(),MAX(),COUNT(),…) with no GROUP columns is illegal if there is no GROUP BY clause” FIXED…

2. I noticed you are storing the admin password in a cookie, this is very insecure and could easily lead to hacking. Fixed….

3. I noticed the paypal table has stuff coming in as latin1.  The mysql dump is set as: “DEFAULT CHARSET=latin1;” … Should this be utf8? — FIXED…

If you did not make any modification yet in the script except the conn.php please follow the following instruction

Note: I suggest you to backup your conn.php first before doing this procedure to update your current copy.
